There is no better time to prepare for spring break than September/October. I would take a little time to do some research over the next couple weeks and begin booking your spring break adventure in October.
St. Augustine is not a spring break mecca for college students. The college destinations include Daytona Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Panama City Beach, and Destin, and Pensacola.
We do see many families, however.
There has are you doing definitely been an increase in spring break activity in the St. Augustine/ Flagler County area. And why not?

- Camping
- Outdoor dining options
I would also add that there are tremendous day trip opportunities nearby, that include:
- Cocoa Beach/Merritt Island- Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop
- Gainesville- Butterfly Rainforest Museum, Florida Museum of Natural History, Gators sports, Historic Micanopy, Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings house
- Jacksonville- Jacksonville Zoo
- Ocala- Silver Springs
- Palatka- Fishing on the St. John’s River
